Important Note: The App does not collect any data for advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking purposes.

6. User Personas

Driver: Drivers use the MMG TMS mobile app to receive delivery assignments created by administrators, update delivery status, capture proof of delivery, and communicate with fleet managers. The app collects location data, camera images, and usage logs strictly for delivery operations and compliance.

Fleet Manager: Fleet Managers oversee vehicle operations and driver activities using the MMG TMS app. They access real-time location data, delivery statuses, and performance metrics. The app collects usage data and operational inputs for efficient fleet management.

Note: Users cannot create their own accounts. All user profiles are created and managed by MMG administrators.

7. Camera Access

The MMG TMS mobile app may request access to your device’s camera. This access is used solely for operational purposes such as:

Capturing images of delivery documents, receipts, or cargo.
Verifying proof of delivery.
Supporting internal reporting and logistics workflows.

We do not use the camera to collect biometric data or for any unauthorized surveillance. Images captured are securely stored and used only for the intended business purposes. You can manage camera permissions through your device settings at any time.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services. Please review their policies before providing any personal data.

10. Tracking & Advertising Disclosure

The MMG TMS Mobile App does not use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) because the App does not track users for advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party marketing purposes.
All data collected is strictly for internal business operations, delivery management, and workflows managed by MMG administrators.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and/or communicated to you.
